At SBS Crafted, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your product does not meet expectations, please review our updated return and refund rules below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund or return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • An unedited package opening video is mandatory for refund or damage claims.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
⚠️ Important: Refund or damage approval will not be processed without a clear package opening video showing the parcel from all sides before opening.

2. Category-Wise Return Rules

Mens & Womens Wear

  • Eligible for size exchange or replacement.
  • Not eligible if used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Caps

  • Return accepted only if unused and clean due to hygiene standards.

Eye Wear

  • Returns accepted only if unused and scratch-free.

Foot Wear

  • Must be returned without marks on the sole.
  • Visible wear will void eligibility.

Jewellery

  • Non-returnable once worn or unsealed.

Daily Products

  • Consumable or sealed items are non-returnable once opened.

3. Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality check. You will be notified if the refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Processing may take 5–14 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Rejected items will be shipped back to you.

4. Exchange Process

For exchanges (such as size change), we will ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the original item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale products.
  • Jewellery once worn or unsealed.
  • Used or damaged products.
  • Daily products once opened.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

🎥 A package opening video is required to validate damage, missing items, or incorrect product claims.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return pickup charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
