- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Some products may require additional handling time (mentioned on product page if applicable).
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–12 business days
⚠️ Delivery delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier load, or unforeseen events. These delays are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional periods.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, your order will include a tracking link sent via SMS/email.
- Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your address details are accurate. SBS Crafted is not responsible for:
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Extra charges if the courier returns the parcel due to such errors.
6. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Certain couriers may attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If you are unavailable, the parcel may be marked as undeliverable and returned.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please notify us within 48 hours.
🎥 A clear, unedited package opening video is required for claims regarding damaged or missing items.
